Butter cake

 

You will need

Astra 250g
Flour 250g 
White Sugar 250g
Eggs 4 
Vanilla Tbsp 2
Baking Powder Tbsp 2
Milk 250ml

Let's make it

• Sift the flour and baking powder three times well. 
• Beat 250g of astra well. 
• Add 250g of white sugar that has been made in a blender and beat it well. 
• Separate the egg whites and yolks. (If making flour )
• Beat it separately.
• Add the 4 egg yolks one by one to the astra and sugar mix and beat them. 
• After that, add the beaten whites to it.  
• Add 250ml of milk and mix it little by little.
•  Put it in a 1kg tray and bake it.
