 Fruit cake



You will need 

For Fruit cake 1kg/24 cup cakes

  • 250g sugar
  • 250g flour
  • 4 eggs, 250g butter
  • 50g cashews 
  • 50g plums
  • 50g puhul dosi
  • 50g red cherry
  • 50g green cherry
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • 2 tsp vanila 
  • Dissolve 4 tablespoons of milk powder in 4 tablespoons of boiling water. 

There is no problem if the size of the fruits is different. You can also use small fruits that you can buy in cake shops.

 Let's make it

  • Cut the cashews, puhul dosi and all the fruits into small pieces.
  • Spread the cut fruits well in the corn flour and leave it for about 2 hours. 
  • Take a separate bowl and add butter and sugar and beat it well. 
  • Then beat the eggs one by one.  
  • Add baking powder and mix the flour sifted three times to the butter mixture in three stages. 
  • Finally, add the fruits coated in the corn flour to the cake mixture and knead it. (Knead it very lightly.  )

Now the cake mixture is ready. 

Take an 8*8 plate and put oil paper on it and put the cake mixture on it and bake it for 35-45 minutes in a preheated oven at 170c.
