 Red velvet cake

For 500g







You will need

  • 112g of flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of milk powder
  • 12g of cocoa powder
  •  112g of butter at room temperature
  •  112g of powdered sugar
  •  2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • Buttermilk (2tbsp milk powder, vinegar 1tbsp, hot water 2tbsp)  )
  • 2 tablespoons of red coloring (pillar box red)
  •  1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
  •  1 tablespoon of coffee powder

Let's make it

  • Sift the flour, milk powder, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder and keep aside. 
  • First beat the butter. 
  • Add the sugar and beat well. 
  • Add the eggs and beat. 
  • Add the coffee to the milk and add this to the cake batter. 
  • Now add the flour mixture.  
  • Mix well. 
  • Add red color. 
  • Finally, bake in 6*6 pan at 160c temperature for 45 minutes.



Cream cheese frosting

Ingredients 

  • Cream chees 50g or Cheese 
  • Butter 50g
  • Icing sugar 100g


How to make

Put all these together and beat well. Then spread it well on the cake
