Coffee cake
For 1kg/24 cup cakes
You will need
- Coffee powder 3tsp (Nescafe or normal coffee)
- Flour 230g
- Cocoa powder 20g
- Baking powder 2tsp
- Brown sugar 250g
- Margarine or butter 250g
- Eggs 4
- Milk powder 4 tbsp
Let's make it
- Put 4 table spoons of powdered milk and instant coffee in a cup of lukewarm water and melt it and keep it aside.
- Beat the butter and sugar after 5 minutes and beat the 4 eggs one egg at a time.
- Sift the flour, baking powder and cocoa powder three times into the cake batter.
- Put it and stir it with a spatula.
- Finally, add the milk coffee and stir the batter and bake it in 8*8 pan at 160c temperature for 45 minutes.
