 Coffee cake

For 1kg/24 cup cakes


You will need

  • Coffee powder 3tsp (Nescafe or normal coffee)
  • Flour 230g 
  • Cocoa powder 20g 
  • Baking powder 2tsp 
  • Brown sugar 250g
  • Margarine or butter 250g 
  • Eggs 4 
  • Milk powder 4 tbsp

Let's make it

  • Put 4 table spoons of powdered milk and instant coffee in a cup of lukewarm water and melt it and keep it aside. 
  • Beat the butter and sugar after 5 minutes and beat the 4 eggs one egg at a time. 
  • Sift the flour, baking powder and cocoa powder three times into the cake batter. 
  •  Put it and stir it with a spatula. 
  • Finally, add the milk coffee and stir the batter and bake it in 8*8 pan at 160c temperature for 45 minutes.
