 Chocolate cake


You will need 

  • Margarine-250g
  • Sugar-250g
  • Flour-225g
  • Eggs -4
  • Cocoa powder-25g
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla
  • Baking powder 1 1/2 tsp
  • Milk 60ml, vinegar 1 tbsp

Let's make it

  • Mix 60ml of milk with vinegar and keep it aside.
  • Add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and sift. (Sift and keep separately)
  • Beat margarine well.
  • Add sugar to it and beat.
  • Then add the eggs one by one and beat them. 
  • After they are well beaten, add a little of the sifted flour mixture and a little of the powdered milk mixture and mix it. 
  • Mix the rest of the flour mixture with a little powdered milk and make a mixture.

The middle is the icing



Ingredients

  • Icing sugar -100g
  • Butter-30g

Instructions 

  • Beat the butter first.
  • Add some icing sugar to it and beat it.
  • After the chocolate cake is set, cut the cake in the middle and spread the icing in the middle
