 Spange cup cake


You will need 

  • Sugar 40g
  • Baking powder 1/2 tbsp
  • Butter 60g
  •  Baking soda 1/2 tbsp
  •  Flour 125g
  •  Milk maid 125g
  • Vanilla 1 tbsp
  • Butter milk (milk powder 2 tbsp, boiling water 2 tbsp, vinegar teaspoon  1/2 ) 

Let's makes it

  • Beat the butter. 
  • Add sugar and beat it. 
  • Then add milk made and beat it. 
  • Add baking soda and baking powder to the flour and sift it. 
  • Now add the sifted flour and buttermilk little by little and knead it.  
  • Finally add the vanilla and knead it.
  • Place the cake on the tray and bake it for 40 minutes.
