Spange cup cake
You will need
- Sugar 40g
- Baking powder 1/2 tbsp
- Butter 60g
- Baking soda 1/2 tbsp
- Flour 125g
- Milk maid 125g
- Vanilla 1 tbsp
- Butter milk (milk powder 2 tbsp, boiling water 2 tbsp, vinegar teaspoon 1/2 )
Let's makes it
- Beat the butter.
- Add sugar and beat it.
- Then add milk made and beat it.
- Add baking soda and baking powder to the flour and sift it.
- Now add the sifted flour and buttermilk little by little and knead it.
- Finally add the vanilla and knead it.
- Place the cake on the tray and bake it for 40 minutes.
