Coffee Cake-1st recipe

 Coffee Cake 

500g/12 cup cakes


You will need

  • Cake flour112g
  • Milk powder 1 1/2tbspo
  • Cocoa powder 12g
  • Room temperature butter 112g
  • Powdered sugar 112g
  • Large eggs 2
  • Vanilla 1tsp
  • Butter milk (2tbsp Milk powder,  1tbsp Vinegar, 2tbsp Hot water)
  • Baking soda 1/2tbsp
  • Baking powder 1/2tbsp
  • Coffee powder 1tbsp or Nescafe 1.2g 

Let's make it

  • Cake flour, milk powder, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder and keep aside. 
  • Beat the butter first. 
  •  Add sugar and beat well. 
  • Add eggs and beat. 
  • Add instant coffee to the milk and add this to the cake batter. 
  • Now add the flour mixture and stir well. 
  • Finally, bake in a 6*6 pan at 160c for 45 minutes.
